1. Orders usually will be shipped out in 12-48 hours after payment received. Delivery by Parcel Force - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking), it usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive.2. A tracking No. of the parcel will be sent to you after shipped out, you may track it online.
3. Shipping fee is $9.99 per order (will convert to other currency base on your choose), no matter how many items you purchase in the order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Damages to or omission of the gift box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your parcel. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Our store does not assume return shipping costs. Parcels that arriving COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from parcel. We suggest selecting an insured shipping method. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your parcel in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
Where do I send my return or exchange?

All parcels should be sent via a tractable method, such as Parcel force, USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your parcel has been received at our site, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
