Co-owner and Chef Kevin Bingham has recently left to set up a new fine dinging restaurant. Ebullient owner and Front-of-House man John Saunders remains with a new Chef late of Fat Olives in Emsworth. I have yet to dine under the new regime but will be soon at the upcoming Autumn Gourmet (see blog).
